What is Joint Enrollment?
Joint Enrollment allows students to take college courses while still in high school. The courses provide dual credit -- fulfilling high school graduation requirements as well as credits toward a college degree.
What are the benefits?

- Choose regular or honors classes taught by top KSU Honors Faculty members in the only non-residential Honors joint enrollment program in the state.
- HOPE funding covers tuition, most fees, and a textbook allowance

How do I apply?
Students eligible for KSU’s Joint Enrollment Honors Program must:
- Be a rising junior or senior in an accredited high school or home-school center
- Have a minimum 3.0 GPA in college-prep curriculum
- Have a total SAT score of at least 1100 (24 on the ACT) on the Critical Reading and Math portions of the SAT, with a minimum score of 530 in Critical Reading (23 ACT) and 530 in Math (22 ACT). The essay portion of the SAT is not considered.

Reserve your SAT testing date early!
You must take the SAT or ACT no later than December 2011 to ensure receipt of your scores by the admissions deadline. Make your reservations early at www.collegeboard.com (SAT) or www.actstudent.org (ACT). CPA school code for testing application is 111733.
