- Teacher - Elementary (Tuesday and Thursday) and Secondary (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- Administration - managing the operational and organizational aspects of the school
- Coaching - sports from intramural in elementary to varsity-level organized sports in secondary
- Support Staff - provides operational, administrative, or technical support
- Bartered Assistant - work in exchange for tuition credit
- Substitute Teaching

For 16 years, Coach Jenny Ostell has done far more than train runners; she has nurtured hearts, guided young leaders, and inspired students to persevere both on the trail and in their walk of faith.
