What is it?
The Georgia Promise Scholarship is Georgia’s new school choice voucher program that provides up to $6,500 per year to each eligible student in grades K-12 to pursue the education option best suited for their child’s needs. The program is limited in nature compared to a universal school choice voucher program, but still provides a meaningful benefit to eligible families moving from public schools or rising kindergarten students.
