College-Prep, Biblical Worldview Curriculum

Cornerstone offers a challenging academic track in the context of Christian values by integrating the Christian faith and a biblical worldview into the various college-preparatory courses offered. This integration allows students to see the connections between their learning and their faith.

The school unapologetically speaks and teaches in a manner consistent with the school’s Statement of Faith, emphasizing the necessity of a personal relationship with Christ and growth in Christ-like character.

Flexible, University-Style Class Schedules

Cornerstone's unique educational model brings together the best attributes of traditional schooling with the best attributes of home education.

Elementary students (grades K-6) attend classes on campus two days a week, while secondary students (grades 7-12) attend classes/labs a minimum of three days a week.

Days not spent on campus are spent in the "home" classroom, with parents serving as primary teachers for the earliest learners to guides/course monitors for the older students.

University-Model® schooling was developed as a result of two guiding concerns: To offer students the opportunity to acquire a high degree of academic achievement and to preserve and strengthen the God-ordained family relationships in which the Christian faith is most effectively fostered.

As a University-Model school, Cornerstone places an emphasis not only on quality, cost-effective, college-preparatory education, but also on giving parents more time for imparting the faith and values they hold precious.

Because of our University-Model of schooling, Cornerstone is able to offer a high-quality, academic-challenging Christian education at a cost-effective rate.

With tuition rates significantly less than comparative private schools in the area combined with the flexibility of the University-Model, the value of a Cornerstone education is hard to match.

Financial assistance is also available to those families who meet certain state-designated criteria.
