Cornerstone Outdoor Classroom is Buzzing with Activity The following story may seem familiar to you as it was just last September when we highlighted senior Caleb Pilgrim and his ambitious idea for his Eagle Scout project.
NEW Blythe Speer's Celebration of Life will be at Terminus Wake Park on Sun, Sep 27. Please show your support for this precious family if you are in town. Everyone is invited to come share memories and celebrate the impact Blythe made on her community.

NEW On Thu, Oct 8, as part of Cobb EMC's Literacy Week, we will welcome award-winning children's author Diane Z. Shore to Cornerstone! Diane's performance will be educational and designed to get kids excited about reading and writing as she recites from her rollicking, rhyming read alouds!
NEW We are honored to have Jason McLeod speak to our high school students at tomorrow's retreat. As a student, Jason attended Sherwood Baptist Church which is known for creating the movies Facing the Giants and Fireproof. Jason was able to participate in both of these films. He will be preaching from Luke 5:1-11 on a message called "Fresh Surrender." Jason graduated from Liberty University with an interdisciplinary degree in communication and religion and has served in student ministry for the past 14 years. He is a father of four and has been married to Megan for 10 years. We look forward to hearing what he has to share with our students. Middle School

NEW This event is for those who registered in September. If your student did not register for the ACT, he/she will follow their assigned lesson plans and no on-campus classes will be held for grades 11/12.
We will not be offering a make-up day for this ACT administration. If a student misses the test due to illness, quarantine, or any other reason, the full $70 registration fee will be refunded. Parents may want to consider registering for a later SAT or ACT test date if it is important that the student take one of these tests this fall. NEW HS students will have their first IMPACT meeting on Fri, Oct 9. IMPACT shirts will be distributed at this meeting. Please wear the shirt at future IMPACT meetings. Team Meeting Locations:
NEW The PSAT test is a reasoning test that gives students and opportunity to practice the skills and strategies needed to perform on the SAT or ACT.
