New FACTS/ParentsWeb Login Requirements
There have been some important updates regarding the management of FACTS accounts.
- Cornerstone is no longer able to assist with account access or login issues. All credential management must now be handled directly through FACTS. If the automated on-screen steps do not resolve your issue, please contact the FACTS dedicated support team directly by phone at 866-441-4637.
- Passwords must now be at least 12 characters long and contain at least one capital letter and one special character.
- Required Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for parents.
